submitted by Kayla M. - |Recommended: YesLittle stuff — So my biggest issue is that when I have to pay rent there’s a hefty fee depending on the method I use and I don’t like that. As someone who doesn’t get enough pay and is paid at weird times it makes it harder to fully pay or pay other bills even when I manage. The walls are very thin and I can usually hear m neighbors doing their “stuff” which in the middle of the night sucks. Parking I feel like there should be designated parking spaces that would make it easier for organization. People don’t clean up after their animals outside especially when they’re right out side my building. When I try to order food from door dash they can’t find my building because they turn too early into the wrong parking lot and that makes me frustrated. Like I said small stuff but big impact.

We would love to connect with you on specific noise complaints to ensure those are handled for you promptly; additionally, we would love to collect any information you may have on who may be contributing to the animal waste in your area but will be looking at more permanent solutions for you in the near future. We do cover all fees for residents paying with the echeck option however are unable to determine specific credit/debit card fees that are charged. All residents are allotted 1 free space per driving resident, offered at a first come first serve basis, however for specific parking needs, a reasonable accommodation may always be submitted. Please be on the lookout for our new wayfinding signs that were recently installed to help guests and services find their way with ease. submitted by Abran G. - |Recommended: YesComfortable and Convenient Living at Creekwood Apartments — If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home, Creekwood Apartments is definitely worth considering. I recently moved into this complex and I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the apartments and the amenities offered. First and foremost, the apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-designed. I was pleasantly surprised by how much natural light floods each unit and how well soundproofed they are. The fixtures and appliances are all new and high-quality, making everyday life a breeze. One of the best things about Creekwood is its location. It's situated in a quiet residential area, but still just a short drive away from shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. There are also several parks and walking trails nearby, making it easy to stay active and enjoy the outdoors. Last but not least, I have to give a shoutout to the Creekwood management team. They have been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire move-in process, making the transition to a new home as smooth as possible. Overall, I highly recommend Creekwood Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living situation. The apartments themselves are top-notch, the location is ideal, and the management team is fantastic.
