|Recommended: YesVery pleased — Love the staff and how quickly they respond Love coming home to my own place I don’t have any animals, but I’m very pleased with how quiet everything is. I haven’t heard any barking or any loud noises.

|Recommended: YesIt's alright — Decent place for the price and pretty quiet. Love the neighborhood. Biggest issue is Viking Dr the through street . People fly down the street and don't stop for the signs which are hard to see from lack of light at night . Super dangerous for everyone especially the tons of kids. Could use some speed bumps rumble strips and more lighting. I'd live here again but not the biggest fan of large complexes.

|Recommended: Yes10 10 Woulf Recommend — I just moved into Creekwood Apartments and so far everyone has been amazing with helping me move in, and working with my background. The property is very clean and extremely quiet as well. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new home.

|Recommended: YesGood first appointment — The apartments themselves are very nice Nice appliances I love all the mirrors However the hallways entrance exit ways are dirty not attended to often. Cob webs, garbage leaves accumulate for weeks.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Overall — The staff is friendly and responsive, the amenities are great, the neighbors are very respectful, and the location is nice for any errands or a night out The apartments are exactly as outlined and the lease makes everything clear as far as what is allowed and the proper channels to go through if specific circumstances may require clearance or maintenance. The portal also makes everything pretty convenient

|Recommended: YesMove in and 1st Month — Parking is available, but not always right near the entrance. The grounds are nice, but some don’t pick up after their animals so you really need to watch where you are walking. It is nice to have trash bags and waste receptacles all over the grounds.

|Recommended: YesLove it here — I have little to no issues while living here. There are some problems with the apartment itself but nothing major. Sometimes our neighbors don't pick up after their dog. But otherwise, staff is super personable and I love the area we live in
