|Recommended: NoOverall Wouldn't Recommend — After Michael left the place took a fast downhill. Wouldn't recommend.
Michael kept this place's energy high and had the highest satisfaction from neighbors as well. Big corporate loss - should've honored paying him more.
Company hired a clown right after Michael left that LITERALLY ruined this place. Snow was not shoveled, unanswered emails for weeks or months, complaints overlooked. It all ads up.
A lot of stupid rules introduced with parking. Kids riding on scooters on parking lot high risk . Loud building, poor quality. Got better with new upstairs tenants. Thief tried to sneak into package room and was peeking into packages in the office building DURING WORKING HOURS upon reporting the situation is unknown. Took away free parking spot and increased rent on year 2. was a big selling point
A lot of cool residents moved out and building appears half empty now.
Can't rate new manager - too new. Hope the best for her, maybe she will turn the place around.

|Recommended: YesLove this place — I cannot hear my neighbors walking around upstairs or the noise from next door. The grounds are kept neat clean. Maintenance has responded with reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is I wish there was more parking spots marked for guests available.

|Recommended: NoUNIT 207 — I have lived here for one and half years. All the issues that I have brought up, those issues have never been resolved and will never be fixed. The new manager Jim is good at just talking beautifully, but I have seen no actions from him trying to fix all the issues that I concern.
