|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — It's a great community to live in. The leasing office is very friendly and does great at communicating important information with residents. I only knocked off one star due to the limited visitor parking spaces for a property this size.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, staff, and amenities — The location is great. Just far enough outside the city that it feels quiet and peaceful. Yet still close enough that it isn’t an inconvenience to run errands. The pool and grilling areas are awesome The gym is a very nice space and has just about everything you need. It would be really great if there was a squat rack or a smith machine. Something that allows for heavier compound exercise, especially for legs.

|Recommended: YesLove it — We have loved living in here. Property staff is so kind, and helpful, specially Kassandra. We've enjoyed everything, except for the noise of the gate from the apartment under ours, that even produces vibrations that you can feel while on your bed. Also, the noise of the snow workers in the snow days. They will start at 2 am.

|Recommended: YesSome good. — The Season's at Franklin markets itself as luxury apartments. The apartments are nice and so far, we haven't had any issues with noise, although the apartment above us is still vacant. When a staff member was giving someone a tour of the place above us she wore heels and her steps were extremely loud, although we couldn't hear the other individual's footsteps.
The maintenance staff has been extremely friendly and responsive thus far and took care of our minor problem promptly.
The only concern is that there have been multiple communication problems on the part of the office staff. Everything was handled, but it took several calls and a stop in the office on my part.
Of course, the grounds are messy with construction still underway. Will be nice to see it all finished.
So far it's been a good experience. Time will tell.
